How does the peanut peeler work?


Peanut peeler machine is one of the tools that contributes a lot to agricultural development.  In general, the peanut peeling machine is divided into a wet peanut peeling machine and a dry peanut peeling machine. Now I will introduce them one by one.

1, Wet type peanut peeling machine


This kind of peanut peeling machine is a special equipment for removing peanut skin by wet process. It can be used together with fried peanut production line or single machine. It is widely used in deep-fried, flavored peanut, peanut protein milk powder, and eight-treasure porridge.

Pre-peeling treatment of products such as rice and canned food. 2, Dry type peanut peeling machine


This type of dry peeling machine is mainly used to remove the outermost shell of peanuts, also known as peanut shelling machine, which is a special equipment for peanut shelling. 

The main scope of application is also very wide, suitable for pre-peeling of peanut butter, peanut milk, pastry food and milk peanuts. After peeling, the peanuts are not granulated, and the skin is automatically separated. It has four functions of peeling, splitting, de-emergence, screening and grading, high automation program, high rate of broken petals, low noise and no pollution.

How does the peanut peeler work?

1. A steel bar or a steel grate concave plate structure mainly composed of striking or smashing,
2. There are two types of rubber rollers or rubber floating concave plates, which are mainly extruded or twisted.
3. The former has the disadvantage of high peanut breakage rate, and the latter has low shelling efficiency and removal rate.
4. Peanut peeling machine has a frame, fan, rotor, single-phase motor, screen, hopper, vibrating screen, V-belt wheel and its transmission triangle.
5. After the machine is in normal operation, the peanuts are quantitatively, uniformly and continuously put into the hopper, and the peanut shell is broken under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor.

At this time, the peanut shell and the pellet are subjected to the blowing force of the rotating fan, and the light-weight peanut shell is blown out of the machine body, and the peanut grain is filtered through the sieve to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
